  • All projects will work on a bespoke timeline, due to the tailored requirements of each campaign. For example, branded books with no additional photography needed can take as little as 2 weeks. Larger 8-12 week Christmas campaigns needing visuals, photography and videography can take 6 weeks to deliver but will be depending on availability. We recommended booking campaign projects at least 3 months in advance of the desired launch date.

  • Some of the content you’ll receive will be evergreen, yes. Things like email templates, product descriptions, branded copy, and photography can be used again and again. Some other pieces, like pre and post-launch email communication, will be specific to a particular product or collection. The content we create is there for you to use again as and when it’s relevant.
